1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the Kolekta platform, which allows verified individuals to take part in data collection missions organized by Kolekta and to be paid for approved contributions.

2. Account and identity verification

Only one account is allowed per person. Access to paid missions requires a paid identity verification, including a video interview with the Kolekta team whose link is sent by email. The fee, the portion retained if the application is rejected, and the processing time are shown before payment.

3. Missions and quality review

Each mission defines its own guidelines, quality criteria and payment rules. Every contribution is reviewed before it is accepted. A rejection may be appealed once within the stated period.

4. Earnings and withdrawals

Earnings are credited to the wallet after approval and become available for withdrawal once a security period has passed. Earnings obtained through fraud may be cancelled. Withdrawals require two-factor authentication.

5. Rights to the data

By submitting a contribution, the collector grants Kolekta the usage rights set out in the mission's license, in exchange for payment if the contribution is approved. The collector warrants that they have obtained all necessary consents.

6. Partner program

Partner commissions apply exclusively to the approved contributions of their referrals. A partner never becomes the owner of the data collected.

7. Fraud and penalties

Multiple accounts, copied or artificially generated data, falsified locations and collusion will result in account suspension, frozen funds and cancellation of the earnings concerned.
