Kolekta is open to contributors worldwide. Missions are published based on each project's needs: if nothing matches your country or language yet, your account stays active and we'll let you know as soon as a mission opens up for you.

It covers the human review of your application and our security checks. It guarantees that every account belongs to one real person, which protects the quality of the network — and the value of your earnings.

Part of the fee is kept to cover processing, and the rest is refunded automatically to the payment method you used. The exact amount is shown before you pay and in your dashboard.

Your application is reviewed within 72 hours of receiving all your documents. You can track its progress and the time remaining from your dashboard.

Yes. After you submit your documents, you are invited to a short video interview (about 20 minutes) with the Kolekta team. The meeting link, with the date and time, is sent to your email address, and you can also find it in your dashboard. Keep your ID document at hand.

By mobile money where it is available, or in stablecoins (USDT or USDC) from anywhere in the world. If a mobile money request does not reach your phone, you can cancel it and pay another way.

Every contribution that passes quality control is paid at the rate shown on the mission. Earnings first appear as "pending" during a short security period, then become available to withdraw.

If it doesn't follow the guidelines, is of poor quality, has already been submitted, or contains prohibited content. You're always told the reason, and you can appeal any decision.

Only when the mission calls for it and with the consent of the people involved. Missions involving minors are excluded unless a specific framework applies.

Via mobile money through FedaPay (MTN, Moov, Celtiis, Mixx by Yas…) or in stablecoins (USDT, USDC) through NOWPayments. Two-factor authentication is required for every withdrawal.

Fees, the minimum amount and the daily limit are shown in your wallet before every withdrawal.

By taking part in a mission, you grant Kolekta the usage rights set out in that mission's license, in exchange for payment. Your personal identity data is kept separate and protected.

Verified collectors who meet the requirements (account age, validated volume, quality) can apply from their dashboard. Commissions apply only to validated contributions from their network.
